Switch off the tape after the last question has been answered and tell the person, that went well, you didn't do too badly

Tell the person that this is the last question, thank them after their response and ask if there is anything they would like to add

Once the interview is finished tell the person what other people have said in response to the questions

No, we don't tell people, they didn't do too bad - this is not an exam

We don't tell people what others have said. It might be interesting to the interviewee, but other peoples replies are confidential and not to be passed around.
